A new community band in the Bay Area

Hi, I'm Katie McKee, clarinetist, guitarist, and aspiring conductor. My vision is to build a community wind ensemble that's casual, fun, and collaborative. Whether you're dusting off an instrument after years away or an active player looking for a welcoming group, this is for you.

We welcome wind and percussion players at varied skill levels from across the San Jose Bay Area. No auditions. No pressure. Just the joy of making music together.

Rehearsals will be informal and community-centered. I know how much a community band can mean, and I want to build that here. Stick around after rehearsal to hangout and meet fellow musicians.
